1、落石、塌方

施工中時刻注意施工麵上方有無異常情況，包括異響、小的落石等現象，施工過程中多觀察，做到心中有數，發現情況異常及時撤離到地帶。

養成良好習慣，挖掘機在“懸崖峭壁”邊上進行作業時，一定要牢記設備履帶方向，這個時候如果一不小心，搞錯了履帶前進和後退的方向，極有可能讓挖機掉下去，“機毀人亡”。所以，保持手拉是後退，能讓危險時有自我意識，贏得寶貴的時間。

4、吹換空氣濾芯

采石或者開山道時，灰塵較大，要經常吹換空氣濾芯，因為石頭破碎和挖掘時產生的粉塵較多，而且粉塵中含有顆粒較大的石渣，因此空氣濾芯的正常工作周期大大縮短，需要經常進行吹；更換的周期應該比正常縮短，否則會對發動機造成很嚴重的傷害，千萬不要省小錢，賠大錢。
