三、電氣部件的保養：

輪式挖掘機不要在深水處工作；不要在挖掘機電瓶箱內堆放雜物，以免引發火災；不要用鐵絲銅絲代替保險絲，也不可以用不合格的保險絲替換；輪式挖掘機長期停放時，要拆卸電瓶線防止虧電。

注意挖掘機回轉減速器、行走減速器定期更換齒輪油；銷軸部分注意清理泥土雜物，加注黃油；涉水作業，水漫過回轉齒圈，記得更換回轉齒圈內黃油；注意油缸杆防鏽；挖掘機長期停放時，將裸露金屬部分塗抹黃油防鏽。

五、結構的保養：

5、 Maintenance of structure:

每天檢查挖掘機銷軸螺栓有無鬆動、脫落缺失，並及時緊固；每天檢查結構有無開裂、變形；停放挖掘機時注意周圍環境，停放在堅實平穩地麵上，不要停在河邊、懸崖邊以及山坡；停放挖掘機，鏟鬥油缸完全收回，鏟鬥落地，防止油缸被撞。

Check the excavator pin shaft bolts every day for looseness, detachment, and missing, and tighten them in a timely manner; Check the structure daily for cracks and deformations; When parking the excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment and park it on a solid and stable ground.
