1.發動機預熱與全自動加熱的差別?

答:發動機預熱的前提條件是:冷卻液溫度小於10℃時,根據QOS控製板全自動開展預熱塞加溫。當鑰匙開關在ON時,加熱期為20秒,在其中加熱顯示燈照亮8秒。加熱結束後,鑰匙開關在START時,汽車發動機會繼續加熱30秒。
Answer: The prerequisite for engine preheating is that when the coolant temperature is less than 10 ℃, the preheating plug will be automatically heated according to the QOS control board. When the key switch is on, the heating period is 20 seconds, and the heating display light illuminates for 8 seconds. 全自動加熱的前提條件是:當齒輪油小於0℃時,啟動汽車發動機,液壓機油溫傳感器將電子信號傳到MC,MC推動EC電機,以總體目標轉速比1250rpm運行,運轉時間為15分鍾左右或齒輪油溫升到2℃左右時,全自動加熱。

中冷器作用是因為渦輪增壓吸入空氣經壓縮環境溫度會提高,氣體在流通環節中與進氣管壁磨擦還會繼續進一步提溫,危害充氣效率,中冷器如同熱管散熱器,將氣體熱量根據它而散到空氣中去,快速降溫還可以提升氣體進氣口相對密度,進一步提高發動機有效功率。

答:因為提升中冷器後,使進氣口通道拉長,進氣口摩擦阻力提升。當設備在加減速或負載變化時,汽車發動機調速電機調整汽柴油提供,進而破壞原先的空燃比,以於在一瞬間出現股股冒煙,此情況為正常情況。

5.防止設備導致傾覆的一些常見問題?
